He was very detailed on his description of the vehicle, very easy to get a hold of, answered all the questions I had before I arrived, sent multiple videos and then picked me up at the airport and drove me to the store. All of the financing and paperwork was ready and the Rover was already cleaned and detailed before I arrived!
