Chris Yancey was great to work with! He responded quickly to my inquiry about a used vehicle, and then followed up by sending additional pictures of it and invited us to come take a look in person. When we arrived, he had already moved the car to the front of the dealership and had reviewed the car fax information on it and was well informed about the vehicle’s features, even though it was not one of the makes Mountain View sells new. He was patient with our questions, and if he didn’t have the answer, he researched on the internet or asked a co-worker. Chris was not pushy at all, which we really appreciated. He worked with us and for us to arrive at a price that worked with our budget. It was a pleasure buying our new vehicle from Chris!

The whole experience of buying our new-to-us vehicle at Mountain View was great. Everyone was very friendly, and Chris Yance was great to work with, as was the finance person who worked with us (Sorry - can’t remember her name...)!
